Description: This project consists of two medical office buildings, Building 100 and Building 200. Building 100 consists of 32,000 square feet and houses an ambulatory surgery center and Building 200 consists of 28,000 square feet.
Structural System: Building 100 is concrete tilt wall construction with structural steel joist floor and roof structure. Lateral load resistance is provided by the exterior load bearing ordinary concrete shear walls. Due to space constraints Building 200 is concrete masonry unit (CMU) exterior bearing wall construction with structural steel joist floor and roof structure. Lateral load resistance is provided by the ordinary masonry shear walls.
